Showcase Homes recently built a custom home for us. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were tremendous. Communication was always open and the computer scheduling allowed us to follow along to see our progress. Budget stayed on target throughout the project. Their crews were always polite and and respectful. Just when we thought we had everything covered for our home, they would offer suggestions for things we might have forgotten. This home was not an easy project as it was on a slope right on the edge of the water on a beautiful lake. Challenges came up from time to time, but were systematically and logically approached with us in the discussion loop at all times. Building a new home is never an easy thing, but if I were to build another custom home, he would be my first builder to call.

We just had an incredible experience with Showcase Builders. They remodeled our duplex almost completely. We had sold our house in San Antonio, so were in a hurry. We had this place in Horseshoe Bay and Ryan was very aware of how quickly we had to be in it. He’s so organized. I’ve never seen a human being so organized. I would like to take lessons from him! Showcase Builders gave me a spreadsheet with the time frame on it; it was like clockwork. The quality of workmanship was great. They’re good human beings–they bent over backwards in trying to please us. They were very personable.
